### Filter by plan subscription

This filter is based on the Joomla user ID, if your AcyMailing users are not filtered correctly, make sure they are in synch with Joomla users by using the [import feature](/main-pages/users/import.md#joomla-wordpress-users).

When using the "Not in" operator, the AcyMailing users that don't have any corresponding Joomla user will also be selected (they don't have a Joomla user, thus they are not in the selected plan).
