Content to insert: The listed products are order by ID or creation date descending. You can search on products name and select a specific category.

Product by category
If you select "By category", you will be able to insert multiple products at the same time
Content to insert: You can insert products of one or more categories, or all products if you don't select anything.

Order by: By default, products are sorted by ID descending to show the most recent ones first.
Min. publishing date: Only the elements created/published since the specified date will be inserted in your email.
Columns: You can insert for example 2 products per row in your email.
Column horizontal padding: Allows you to adjust the horizontal padding between 2 columns
Column vertical padding: Allows you to adjust the vertical padding between 2 columns
Max.number of elements: This is the maximum number of products inserted in your email.
Product by tag
The options are the exact same as when inserting products by category, except that you'll insert products by tag. If you don't select any tag, all the products will be inserted
Coupon
If you select "Coupon", you will be able to create a coupon per receiver and insert it in the email. You should make sure to personalize the coupon code as described next.
Code: it represents the pattern of the generated coupon the user will have to use on your shop. You can include tags which will be replaced during the send process.
[name]: will be replaced by the name of the user.
[userid]: will be replaced by the ID of the user.
[email]: will be replaced by the receiver's e-mail address.
[key]: will be replaced by a random key of 5 characters.
[value]: will be replaced by the amount of your discount.
You can also add any text if you want... the coupon code "discountFor[name]" will be replaced by "dicountForJohn" during the send process.
Coupon expiry date: You can enter an end date for the coupon and it won't be usable after that date.
Discount type: You can choose between the different discount types (fixed discount on product or cart, percentage discount)
Coupon amount: Amount of your discount.
Allow free shipping: Should the coupon grant free shipping. A free shipping method must be enabled in your shipping zone and be set to require "a valid free shipping coupon".
Exclude sale items: Should the coupon apply to items on sale or not.
Minimum spend: This field allows you to set the minimum spend (subtotal) allowed to use the coupon.
Maximum spend: This field allows you to set the maximum spend (subtotal) allowed when using the coupon.
Usage limit per coupon: How many times this coupon can be used by an individual user.
Limit usage to X items: The maximum number of individual items this coupon can apply to when using product discounts. Leave blank to apply to all qualifying items in cart.
Products: Products that the coupon will be applied to, or that need to be in the cart in order for the "Fixed cart discount" to be applied.
Exclude products: Products that the coupon will not be applied to, or that cannot be in the cart in order for the "Fixed cart discount" to be applied.
Product categories: Product categories that the coupon will be applied to, or that need to be in the cart in order for the "Fixed cart discount" to be applied.
Exclude categories: Product categories that the coupon will not be applied to, or that cannot be in the cart in order for the "Fixed cart discount" to be applied.
Last purchased products
Min number of elements: The minimum number of elements bough by the user you want to display, if the user didn't bough enough product we don't send the email
Max number of elements: The maximum number of products to display
Category filter: This will filter the product by categories, this way you can insert only one or multiple types of products
Start date: The date from which AcyMailing will look for orders from the user

Cart products
You can insert products from the receiver cart if it is not empty.
Min number of elements: The minimum number of elements the user's cart you want to display, if there isn't enough product the mail won't be sent for this user

Filter users on their purchases
The filter will only be available if the WooCommerce plugin is installed.
You can select users depending on their purchase:
Product: it can be "At least one product" or a specific product.
Category: you can limit the filter on the purchase to a specific category.
Creation date: you can limit the filter on the purchase to a specific time frame.
You can select users that have created an order since a number of days you can choose.
You can also choose specific order status and payment methods.
Filter users on their WooCommerce Subscriptions
If you installed the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin, this filter will be available, allowing you to find the users having a subscription related to a specific product, or a product in a specific category.
You can filter based on the subscription status and its starting date / end date.
The next payment date is for subscriptions that can be renewed.
Trigger on WooCommerce order status change
You can add a trigger for the automations based on the change of WooCommerce order status change.
You can specify the previous and new status. Choose "Any status" if you want it to work for all statuses.
Tracking
This add-on allows you to track any user who purchases a product on your website from a link of your campaigns.
It will count the prices tax and shipping fees excluded.
This feature add a cookie when the user clicks on a link to your website so please don't forget to update your privacy policy.

Send email based on order status
If you want to remind your users that they have a pending order since a few days, you can create specific emails for this. This feature is only available in the commercial versions of AcyMailing.
In the mail creation, select the WooCommerce email.
Edit it like a standard campaign and access the "send settings" part to choose the conditions.
You can choose the delay since the order has been created and the status the order must have.
If these conditions are not fulfilled the mail won't be sent.
Each day, at the time specified in the AcyMailing configuration (daily tasks), AcyMailing will check if there are users meeting the conditions to send them the email.

You can override and send with AcyMailing all the basics WooCommerce email notifications.
For that, you have to enable the email notification in the WooCommerce Settings under the tab Emails:
